Do you own the code?
No - you do, from day one. All source, infrastructure and credentials are in your accounts; we work as collaborators on your repo, not as a black box.
How fast can you start?
Discovery can usually start within 2 weeks of signature. A full delivery squad takes 3-4 weeks to assemble around named engineers we already know.
Can you work with our existing team?
Yes. About a third of our engagements are alongside an in-house team - joint stand-ups, shared backlog, shared definition of done.
What about handover?
Every engagement ends with a structured handover: architecture docs, runbooks, on-call training and a 30-day warranty period. You're never trapped.
Do you handle compliance and audits?
We're familiar with PDPL, GDPR, SOC 2 and PCI scopes. We won't sign your audit, but we'll build to it and prepare the evidence pack.
